Love the outside, but small, chopped up interior rooms is not my preference. That small table in the nook is horribly impractical and claustrophobic.

The bathroom upstairs is a bit low with the dormer window, but otherwise it is top-notch planning.

It's a handsome house on the outside - the roofing must have been expensive! The general layout is good, and though the kitchen lacks upper cabinets, more could be added on either side of the stove and there is a pantry for storage. I have concerns about headroom upstairs, particularly with the showers.

When can move in? Love the LR/DR/KIT layout. Thx for not putting TV above the FP. Love the pocket doors. Master BR seems small with only one sink. But honestly with main living area sold me. Also the mudroom/laundry off the front door is unexpected - usually that’s placed off the garage entrance - but it works. Overall very nice ❤

Love the color palette and use of natural materials. I’d sacrifice the 2nd bedroom and put the laundry upstairs. And turn the first floor bathroom into just a powder room. Love the double French doors for the entry and the attached garage. I’m over the tv high above the fireplace - it’s not comfortable for binge watching and seems dated now. But overall it’s very pretty. 😍

I lob this home and honestly I don’t see much I would change about it. It gives us all we really need and is of reasonable size. Oh, I would put in a wood Stove rather than a fireplace! Just marvelous! 😊

A rustic cabin without overdoing the use of wood. The living room is small, as is the kitchen, and I would have upper cabinets on either side of the stove. Next to the fridge I'd add a bit of counter and upper cabinet instead of the display shelves. But it's a functional plan!

So far, this is my favorite! I love all the different elements you put into this home! We have a few years until we get to buy some land by the lake. I definitely see ourselves in something like this! Awesome job! I do wonder how an a/c and heat unit is going to fit. We run everything up in the attic.

I just love the cabin. Excellent floor plan nice space. I think the sitting area upstairs would have been more conducive to a small library. Too bad that the stand-alone tub couldn't have been a claw foot tub. Still all in all it's beautiful

Way too much white to keep clean. How many times do you have to bash yourself on the stairwell light fixture before you get fed up? Otherwise, love it!

2 things i would change.... 1-the living room needs to be larger. Move the wall out that has the fireplace in it. Mthen you might find a place to put a tv other than above the fireplace. 2- in the master bedroom, swap places with the closet and the bathroom. Other than that.... The house is BEAUTIFUL! ❤ OH...... an attached garage somehow would be over the top for this house. <- this is a MUST HAVE for me. ✌😎

I love it EXCEPT I’d like a small foyer when entering, with a closet to store coats, shoes/boots, etc. Not a fan of the front door opening directly into the living space. It’s a gorgeous functional space for sure!
